Kings Arms Video Promotions

The Kings Arms is a unique asset for the village of Strete, and as a community-owned pub, we need to increase the awareness of its location and the special features it offers to our local community and the many visitors to the South Hams.

To increase awareness of our amazing pub, we are going to create some marketing videos with the kind help of Focus Media, who have kindly agreed to sponsor this for us.

We thought creating these videos would be fun for our locals who may wish to get involved and would help us promote The King’s Arms to a wider audience.

WANT TO BE PART OF THIS FUN PROJECT?

We need a few volunteers to help with coordinating the shoots please.

We’ll need general assistance to help ensure everyone is aware of what we are doing in a calm and safe manner. 

The individual ‘shoots’ will be relatively short and as discreet as possible to ensure minimal disruption. 

We trust everyone will support this important initiative to help promote our community pub.

PLEASE BE PART THIS IMPORTANT PROJECT AND REGISTER YOURSELF AS A CONTRIBUTOR TO BE IN THE FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Like all public photography and video filming, we need to respect our customers’ privacy, and we would like all our regular visitors to register themselves to allow us to be fully compliant with the law.

Photography and video filmed during these filming sessions will only be used for marketing the Kings Arms on social media, our website and occasional printed adverts.

If you appear anywhere in the filming, we must ensure we have consent to use the media for business promotional purposes.

A FEW VOLUNTEERS NEEDED PLEASE

Paul (Focus Media) will soon be publishing the shoot plan, which is very simple, but will, in some circumstances, need a few volunteers to assist in making members of the visiting public aware of what we’re doing.

We hope you will all be part of this and have fun with the outtakes evening, later in the year.

Soon after we begin the production, you will be able to see the progress in the King’s Arms Customer Viewing Lounge.
